Faculty from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality have produced the web-based Safety Project Inceptions, Readiness, and Implementation Training (SPIRIT) to teach the concepts and methods of conducting safety and quality improvement projects. The program takes approximately 1-1.25 hours to view and guides the learner through the process of performing a project. Resources and references are included as part of a SPIRIT Toolkit for anyone wanting more information. Designed with time-challenged trainees in mind, this resource will help anyone new to safety and quality work to understand and begin the process. Click here to learn more.
