This activity is designed for Healthcare C-Suite & Governance Leaders, Chief Quality and Patient Safety Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Population and Public Health Leaders, Healthcare Quality Educators & Researchers, Quality Measurement Experts, Federal and State Governmental Healthcare Quality personnel, Masters & Doctoral Nursing Leaders, Life Sciences Clinical Leaders, Managed Care & Payer Clinical Leads, as well as Medical & Health Sciences Students Medical, Residents & Fellows in training and Medical Informaticians. Levels will range from novice (students and early career) to advanced learner (CMOs and C-suite leaders).

This activity is designed to address the following core and team competencies: Medical Knowledge, Practice-based Learning, Employ Evidence-based practice.

At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Consider the role of quality and safety for hospital administration from a CEO point of view.
  • Demonstrate how quality management principles are structured and operationalized at Northshore University Hospital.
  • Improving performance and defining value in a large tertiary hospital in a competitive landscape.
